Clouds and Blankets keep you warm

Last night my son Xavier told me a story about birdies. The story was about what a birdie should do in case he gets cold.

"The birdie should fly up in the sky and go to the clouds." I asked what the clouds would do for the birdie and he said "The clouds are the birdies blankies"

I can't. I just can't. Why are they so cute?

While looking at the cover of the Memoirs of a Geisha book my 8 year old daughter said:"Mommy, why is her face so white?"I said: "Beacuse they wear a lot of white powder make up. That is one of the things that make Geisha so appealing." "Well why do they wear such red lipstick?" "Well" I said. "Geisha are mysterious and the lipstick is to bring out the intensity of the white face"She thought long and hard and said: "Mommy, is Michael Jackson a Geisha?"Oh you gotta love her.
